We want you to be completely happy with your Avelor orders. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange them or return them for a refund within 30-day from the date of delivery, provided they are in unused and unworn condition. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Easy exchanges & returns

1. Contact us: support@avelor-footwear.com and our support team will look for a suitable solution for you.

1. Exchanges

Requests: If you need a different size or style, specify this in your email. We’ll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.

Fees: Size, Color exchanges are free, but exchanges for other products will incur a re-delivery fee and any difference in cost.

Returning an item: Depending on your location, we may ask you to return the item. If our nearest warehouse is too far away, we'll let you keep it - no return required.

2. Return & refund

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please reach out to customer support (support@avelor-footwear.com) to initiate your return.
Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for re-shipping the item to our closest warehouse.
Timeline: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive the returned item(s).

3. Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Order cancellation:

Need to cancel your order? Contact us right away! If it hasn't been processed yet, you'll get a full refund. If it has been processed (usually within 24 hours), we can't cancel it, but you can still return it following the above return or replacement policy.

Exceptions:

1. Custom fees

Orders with unpaid customs fees cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Unclaimed packages

If you fail to claim your package, the courier will destroy it. Since it won’t be returned to us, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement.
